What is the rate at which the speed of an object changes called?

It is accelaration .

In physics, acceleration is defined as the rate of change of velocity.

It is thus a vector quantity with dimension length/time虏.

In SI units, acceleration is measured in metres/second虏 (m路s-虏) using an accelerometer.

The term ';acceleration'; generally refers to the change in instantaneous velocity.

But why is it in botany section ?What is the rate at which the speed of an object changes called?
acceleration is the rate of change of velocity

It includes change of direction as well as change of speedWhat is the rate at which the speed of an object changes called?
ACCELERATION
acceleration when there is an increase in speed,

deceleration if there is a decrease in speed
