Calculate the instantaneous speed and distance fallen for an object that falls freely from rest for 8 seconds?

Physics!Calculate the instantaneous speed and distance fallen for an object that falls freely from rest for 8 seconds?
H=+1/2gt^2=1/2(9.8)(64)=313.6 meters

V=gt=9.8(8)=78.4m/sec.

God bless you.Calculate the instantaneous speed and distance fallen for an object that falls freely from rest for 8 seconds?
s = ut + (a * t^2)/2

u = 0

t = 8

t^2 = 64

a = 9.81

therefore s = 313.92 meters

v = u + at

therefore v = 78.48 meters per second

assuming it doesn't reach terminal velocity
u = 0

t = 8s

Speed after 8s

v = u + gt

v = 0 + 9.8x8 = 78.4m/s

distance fallen in 8s:

v^2 = u^2 + 2gs

s = v^2/2g = 313.6 m
