which is more faster and has more greater rotational kinetic energy? What the different between a cylinder and a sphere object?
The cylinder has limited speed thus limited kinetic energy
The cylinder is imitated by the factor that it can only spin on one axis, the sphere is free of all limitations therefore can be faster.
under some extreme circumstances, they are almost the same (when the cylinder is faced perfectly down a inclination)What the different between a cylinder and a sphere object?
i like your answer... Report Abuse
a cylinder is vertical where sphere is more like a ball. I think that the sphere would have more rotational kinetic engery.

A roll of paper towels is a cylinder.
A grain silo is a cylinder.
A can of soda is a cylinder.
A globe is a sphere.
A baseball is a sphere.
A bubble is a sphere.
Hi. I'll tell you the difference. Think of water towers. The ones that are round and tall, that's a cylinder. The other type that sorta resembles a giant golf ball on a tee, that's a sphere. Hope that helps.
